1. Shipping Methods and Costs
At Mass Camp, we offer several shipping methods to meet your needs:

2. Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
3. Free Shipping Policy
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $75. This promotion applies to standard shipping only and is valid for orders shipped within the United States. International orders, expedited shipping, and express shipping are not eligible for free shipping promotions unless specifically stated.
4. International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping costs and delivery times vary by country. Please note that international customers may be subject to customs fees, taxes, and duties upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges.
5. Shipping Restrictions
Due to regulations, certain supplements cannot be shipped to all locations. If we are unable to ship a product to your location, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide options for substitution or refund.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package status at any time by:
- Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- Logging into your Mass Camp account and viewing your order history
- Contacting our customer service team with your order number
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of the delivery date (or expected delivery date in case of lost packages). We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your products or a refund.
